According to the boys at Caravan City, the best feature of this Coromal is the low tare weight, which means it's well within the reach of most soft-roaders.

On The Outside

This Princeton is a neat unit showing some signs of having been loved and having had some fun Aussie adventures.

Aluminium cladding is used on the outside in conjunction with an aluminium frame system. Fibreglass front and rear sections provide contrast.

Mechanicals include independent suspension with tandem axles, mud flaps, wind-down, drop-down legs, rear bumper, wheel-arch moulds and alloy rims. Also underneath is a 120L water tank with protection shields fitted.

Other external features include a Carefree awning, Dometic roof-mounted air-con system, battery pack under cover on the A-frame, twin 9kg gas bottles in the gal boot and wind out and sliding windows which are a feature on Coromal caravan designs. As mentioned, the exterior of this Princeton is very neat with only a few signs of the adventures this caravan has racked up.

Day Into Night

Stepping into this Coromal the lounge dining room is on the left, running across the front wall of the caravan in a large club-style affair. The dining table has an extendable section to help cater for more than a couple of people. The kitchen abuts the lounge with the main cooking and cleaning section on the driver's sidewall and the fridge and extra storage opposite.

These two areas are comfortable and quite spacey and are separated by a wall and screen from the bedroom and rear- mounted ensuite. This divider effectively creates two separate living areas. This design is quite neat and offers separate operating spaces with plenty of privacy thrown in.

Kitchen appliances include a 3&1 gas/elec stove/grill/oven unit, an LG microwave and a 150L three-way fridge to make touring life comfortable.

Bedroom fittings include a bucket load of storage, a queen-size bed, mirrored doors on the wardrobes and while there is a stereo in the kitchen/dining area, there is also another one fitted in the bedroom. This really makes the divide between rooms comfortable and offers a space to get away from it all, or from the other half, if need be. The ensuite is neat and boasts a Thetford toilet, nice vanity area and there's plenty of space in the shower.

Overall, this caravan is very neat although the interior seems a bit dated.

It has plenty of storage space and plenty of room to whip up a culinary storm.
